About the position

The Industrial and Government Sales Manager at Fluke Health Solutions' Landauer business is responsible for driving new business growth and increasing market share in the radiation safety services sector. This commission-based role requires a motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of the services offered, while also managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The position emphasizes strategic account management and customer relationship building, with a focus on industrial and government customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for industrial and government sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and government markets.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct service demonstrations and effectively communicate the benefits of radiation safety services.
  • Offer customized solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Develop and present tailored requirements and solutions for customers, ensuring our offerings meet their specific needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and providing post-sale support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, technical, or government sectors.
  • Experience selling to industrial and government customers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
