In this role, the manager will recommend and acquire the necessary equipment for production line expansion or modification, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's objectives and are completed within budget constraints. The manager will oversee project and department milestones, ensuring they are met on time and within approved budgets, while also exercising full authority for personnel actions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Safety compliance is a critical aspect of this role, and the manager will ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are adhered to. Collaboration with senior management is essential to align industrial engineering activities with the strategic goals of the organization. Continuous improvement of department processes is expected, leveraging extensive knowledge and experience in the field of industrial engineering and automation. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, automation technologies, and equipment procurement.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
