About the position
The Skilled Maintenance Team Member at Toyota plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing operation by ensuring the production, quality, cost, and safety goals are met. This position involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency of plant facilities.
Responsibilities
- Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
- Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts for various projects.
- Write, program, troubleshoot, modify, and/or repair programmable logic controllers, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and machine components.
- Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed.
Requirements
- Associates degree (or higher) in an Industrial Automation Maintenance or similar field of study.
- 3+ years hands-on industrial maintenance experience in Mechanical, Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Robotics.
- Similar military hands-on experience.
