Wood is recruiting for an Industrial Cybersecurity Consultant within the Systems Integration Team. Reporting to the Business Manager of Digital Integration, the Industrial Cybersecurity Consultant is accountable for Wood's Industrial Cybersecurity and Digital Integration business growth and delivery across Energy and Materials industries within North America. This role is pivotal in providing principal consulting on Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Cybersecurity to customers, project personnel, and project teams, while also contributing to the development of Wood's Digital Integration service portfolio and business volume. The key objectives of this position include advising clients on cybersecurity solutions tailored for industrial control systems, particularly in the energy and materials sectors. The consultant will conduct cybersecurity gap assessments in accordance with established frameworks such as NIST or ISA/IEC-62443. Additionally, the consultant will assist clients in developing and implementing their Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Resilience roadmap. This role also involves supporting the growth and delivery performance across various projects related to Industrial Cybersecurity and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with Wood's strategic business plans. The consultant will be responsible for maximizing long-term customer relationships and commercial returns by positioning Wood favorably for contract extensions and renewals. This includes consulting on a range of challenges that may affect customer service and performance, such as strategic, contractual, technical, commercial, operational, and personnel-related issues. Staying updated on technical practices, standards, and threat trends impacting ICS Cybersecurity is essential. The consultant will also identify and develop training and certification plans to enhance ICS Cybersecurity competency within the organization. Promoting ICS Cybersecurity practices and principles internally, supporting business development through presentations and proposal responses, and building a knowledge base within the organization are also key responsibilities. The consultant will represent Wood in the professional community by attending industry forums, publishing white papers, and participating in professional organization committees as a subject matter expert. Maintaining relationships with strategic/key clients and execution partners, as well as supporting the development of new relationships in line with Wood's strategy, are critical aspects of this role. The consultant will implement Industrial Cyber Security solutions, facilitate client meetings, engage with client stakeholders, manage technical interfaces with third parties, conduct cybersecurity assessments, prepare execution plans, specify and configure equipment, support project teams, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule targets.
