About the position

The Industrial Cybersecurity Sales Manager at W-Industries will lead the sales process for cybersecurity solutions, specifically focusing on Sekurinova's offerings. This role involves collaborating with technical teams to provide pre-sales support, conducting product demonstrations, and translating customer needs into technical requirements. The manager will also develop strategies to expand the customer base and ensure alignment with clients' security goals, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process for Sekurinova's cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel and business development teams to provide pre-sales support.
  • Define and pursue a potential customer base for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of Sekurinova's offerings.
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and showcase the value of Sekurinova's platform.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions.
  • Act as product champion for Sekurinova's solutions, ensuring in-depth knowledge of the platform.
  • Develop technical proposals and presentations, responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to customers post-sale.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive offerings in cybersecurity.
  • Develop and implement a channel strategy to expand marketplace reach.
  • Monitor and manage sales objectives, plans, and quotas.
  • Track performance metrics and generate sales analysis.
  • Coach and support the sales team towards achieving sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Engage directly with key accounts and marketplace relationships.
  • Report monthly and quarterly results to leadership.
  • Collaborate with other key leaders in Solutions, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering within the cybersecurity, software, or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including firewalls, SIEMs, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to creatively address customer challenges.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM and presentation platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • ISA 62443 certification preferred.
  • CISSP certification preferred.
