About the position

The Industrial Dewatering Operator I In Plant is responsible for operating and maintaining process equipment, specifically focusing on Thermal Desorption Technology, Centrifuge Technology, and chemical treatment. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to health policies while performing essential duties in a refinery or petrochemical environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Thermal Desorption Technology, Centrifuge Technology, and chemical treatment processes.
• Assist in job site construction activities.
• Operate and maintain site process equipment.
• Record and maintain daily operations and preventive maintenance logs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• No prior work experience required.
• TWIC Card certification.
• Forklift Certification.
• Basic Plus Safety Training.
• OSHA Hazardous Material training is a plus.
• Must not be color blind.
• Ability to operate an all-terrain forklift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions for extended periods.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
