We are seeking an Industrial Engineer / Continuous Improvement Specialist with a strong drive for continuous improvement and a passion for making a positive impact. This role involves determining and implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with diverse teams to effectively implement continuous improvement projects and conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. In this position, you will ensure flawless execution of process improvement initiatives and monitor their impact through metrics. You will apply established engineering techniques to thrive in a constantly evolving and fast-paced work environment. Additionally, you will utilize Excel and VBA to develop and maintain complicated spreadsheets, models, and tools for data analysis, process optimization, and decision-making. Your SQL development experience will be crucial in extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data from various databases to support process improvement initiatives. You will also maintain and develop Dispatching systems that enable the site to achieve production targets and track performance to production schedules. Collaborating with multi-functional teams, you will understand production design requirements and provide recommendations for optimal manufacturing processes. Finally, you will develop and implement data visualization techniques to integrate layer information in a clear and concise manner to collaborators, enabling data-driven decision-making.
