About the position

The Lockheed Martin Camden Arkansas location is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Early Career) to support vehicle, missile, or rocket programs. The role involves applying traditional Industrial Engineering techniques and disciplines to enhance operational efficiency and support program management. The position offers a blend of remote and on-site work, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle, missile, or rocket programs as an Industrial Engineer.
• Apply traditional Industrial Engineering techniques such as man-loading, workflow analysis, and capacity analysis.
• Conduct capital equipment justification and make vs. buy studies.
• Perform equivalent units completed calculations and standards development.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Program Support Team, and Industrial Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering or STEM related field.
• Experience with time studies, man loading, and capacity analysis.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Industrial Engineering degree preferred but open to other engineering and STEM disciplines.
