About the position

We are looking for a talented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic Industrial Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in industrial engineering, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. In this role, you will analyze, design, and implement manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs, and uphold the highest quality standards in aerospace production. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality. This includes developing and implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as designing, laying out, and optimizing production workflows, equipment, and space requirements. You will conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvements and analyze and prepare production line capacity assessments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality, will be essential to develop and implement process improvements. You will evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities, and create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues, support new product introductions by developing efficient manufacturing processes, and ensure smooth transitions from design to production. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and drive continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
