About the position

The Industrial Engineer Intern position at dormakaba is part of the Summer 2025 Rising Talent Program, aimed at providing interns with hands-on experience in the access and security solutions industry. Responsibilities

• Gather data and analyze business challenges alongside subject matter experts.
• Drive evidence-based decision-making to help design new processes.
• Schedule routine check-in meetings with your supervisor to monitor project advancement.
• Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions on various business topics.
• Deep dive into data to design new processes or introduce new technology.
• Participate in meetings beyond your designated role to broaden engagement.
• Collaborate with other interns on projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and Spring 2028.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during May-August 2025.
