About the position

The Industrial Engineer Intern position at dormakaba is part of the Summer 2025 Rising Talent Program, aimed at providing interns with hands-on experience in tackling real-world business challenges within the access and security solutions industry. Interns will engage in various projects that contribute to the company's operations, including data analysis, process design, and collaboration with peers and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and analyze business challenges alongside subject matter experts.
• Drive evidence-based decision-making to help design new processes.
• Schedule routine check-in meetings with your supervisor to monitor project advancement.
• Attend weekly lunch and learn sessions on various business topics.
• Deep dive into data to influence collaboration and company culture positively.
• Participate in meetings beyond designated roles to broaden engagement.
• Collaborate with other interns on projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and Spring 2028.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during May-August 2025.
