This position is based in Lansing, MI, and requires you to work onsite. You will lead a dedicated team consisting of two Technical Writers and one Quality Engineer, all tasked with reviewing and enhancing the Repair Process Plans. Unlike traditional OEM processes, your work will center on executing individualized repairs tailored to the unique conditions of fielded aircraft engine parts. This role demands a thorough understanding of technical specifications and the ability to translate these into comprehensive work instructions for the hourly workforce. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting engine manuals and other technical data to develop the necessary methods and processes for repair and overhaul.
