• Managing the capture of data and ensuring quality.
• Analyzing and responding to maintenance requests to help ensure future sustainment and limit risks.
• Documenting and reporting optimization strategies and providing tangible goals/trend improvements.
• Integrating preventative maintenance and seeing full cycle processes through.
• Running risk evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from an ABET Accredited University.
• 5 years of experience in construction or facility maintenance field.
• Ability to complete WENG 400 and 519 (life cycle cost estimating course), WMGT 322 and 423 (project planning course), and WTSS 200 (estimation process course) within the first 12 months of being hired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
