The engineer will partner with key stakeholders to develop applications aimed at continuously improving production metrics. This involves coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Process Integration (PI) to deliver required data and analysis, as well as creating and delivering impactful presentations. The role requires the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to a diverse audience and establish trusting relationships across local and global partner groups. Project management and planning are also critical aspects of this role. The engineer will manage projects, develop timelines, and ensure successful implementation of projects into business processes. This includes planning capital timing for new product introductions and ramps, identifying project requirements, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Technical and data analysis skills are vital for this position. The engineer will design and coordinate projects across various departments, solve complex problems, and develop innovative solutions. They will also be responsible for maintaining job-critical knowledge and skills, performing audits, and identifying scenario changes to guide strategic decision-making processes.
