About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer who will be responsible for all Industrial Engineering functions within our facility. The successful candidate will have significant influence and the ability to implement projects and change within our organization. This role entails managing projects, handling contractors, and providing floor support, including producing one-page instructions on various installation procedures. The Industrial Engineer will also conduct time studies as needed and play a crucial role in leading the new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) trial, focusing on work instructions, cycle/takt time charts, line balancing, and tool utilization. The role is expected to transition from 60% floor support and 40% work instruction to the opposite over time. Responsibilities

• Manage all Industrial Engineering functions within the facility.

Requirements
