About The Position
The Industrial Engineer will establish, install, and maintain wage incentive plans while providing the plant with information, studies, and recommendations to improve personnel and equipment utilization. This role involves acting as company representation in arbitration cases, assisting production with labor problems and grievances, and supporting the plant in achieving production goals. The incumbent will also assist in capacity/capability plans, training of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and necessary updates to routings.
