About The Position
The Industrial Engineer at Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is responsible for developing Standard Work Instructions and identifying areas for Continuous Improvement within manufacturing. This role focuses on enhancing safety, ergonomics, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through Lean methodologies and data-driven decision-making. The engineer will lead cross-functional teams, support manufacturing activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
