About The Position
The Industrial Engineer at Actalent will be responsible for creating standard work instructions for various processes within the plant. This role involves both office and floor time to learn processes, followed by the development of detailed work instructions that include visuals, safety points, and quality points. The engineer will also assist in training production teams and lead lean 5S activities and kaizen events to enhance operational efficiency.
