About the position

The Industrial Engineer will support various teams within the distribution center, focusing on automation projects, labor management analysis, process improvement, and data collection. This role is essential for enhancing efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of automation systems within distribution centers.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of labor management programs, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement projects.
• Gather, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to distribution center operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial/manufacturing engineering, operations research, statistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience in a labor management program engineering labor standards within a distribution or fulfillment center.
• 3 years of experience in AutoCAD or similar CAD tool.
• 3 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• 3 years of experience in SQL.
