About the position

The Industrial Engineer will focus on conducting time studies, analyzing production processes, and improving efficiency within the manufacturing environment. This role is essential for identifying waste and implementing strategies to enhance manufacturing processes while supporting the integration of an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed time studies to analyze and improve production processes.
• Identify and eliminate waste in all forms (time, materials, labor).
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Support the Manufacturing Engineering team with the integration of an ERP system.

Requirements

• Industrial engineering expertise.
• Experience with process improvement.
• Proficiency in conducting time studies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems.
