About the position

The Industrial Engineer will focus on optimizing production processes and improving efficiency within the manufacturing environment. This role involves utilizing various engineering tools and methodologies to analyze workflows, implement lean manufacturing principles, and enhance overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes using lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct time studies to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement line balancing techniques to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Utilize DFMA methodologies to improve product design and manufacturability.
• Create and maintain process documentation using AutoCAD and MS Visio.

Requirements

• Proficiency in FlexSim for simulation modeling.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for process design.
• Experience with MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to conduct time studies and perform line balancing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools in engineering applications.
