About the position

In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Manager to leverage data and analytics to influence Operations Management within pharmaceutical companies. Your primary focus will be on identifying changes that can enhance decision-making processes and improve overall performance. You will assist in the research and development of statistical and optimization models that are crucial for performance analysis and control. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the ongoing refinement of Axtria's analytical tools and the development of innovative solutions for clients. Your work will involve applying advanced skills in Linear Programming, Data Driven Design, and Regression Methods to achieve these objectives. The position will also require some domestic travel, approximately 20-25% of the time, to various Axtria Inc locations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Coursework in Linear Programming, Data Driven Design, and Regression Methods.
