The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to identify and resolve production issues effectively. The role also involves conducting time studies and ergonomic assessments to improve worker productivity and safety, ensuring that the workplace is both efficient and conducive to employee well-being. Utilizing data analysis and statistical tools will be a key part of the job, as the Industrial Engineer will monitor and improve process performance continuously. Requirements
