Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvement through consistent analysis methods and standards.
• Implement continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives by educating and influencing operational leaders.
• Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with business partners to improve performance metrics.
• Research industry best practices and prepare projects for implementation in the distribution center.
• Identify and develop solutions to enhance the operational effectiveness of distribution centers.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of distribution operations, process flow analysis, network modeling, DC design, and material handling systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consensus-building across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive results through data analysis.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict timelines.
