About the position

As an Industrial Engineer embedded with a Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOF GLSS) Program Team, you will utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to develop cost-effective processes. Your role will involve interpreting engineering drawings to enhance product quality and improve fabrication and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Use Lean Six Sigma tools and processes to develop cost lean processes.
• Interpret and read engineering drawings to assess producibility and quality of products.
• Engage in activities that directly improve fabrication and installation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma practices.
