About the position

The position involves designing, evaluating, and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in countertop fabrication. The role requires analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and implementing adjustments using various software tools. The candidate will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving process issues, coordinating the integration of new production processes and technologies, and establishing data-driven quality control procedures. Additionally, the role includes providing technical training for staff and evaluating emerging technologies to increase production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in countertop fabrication.
• Diagnose and resolve process issues, ensuring minimal production disruption for the company’s quartz countertop manufacturing business.
• Coordinate the integration of new production processes and technologies, including training staff on best practices.
• Establish data-driven quality control procedures, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for process consistency.
• Analyze and optimize material flow, inventory levels, and storage solutions to prevent bottlenecks and streamline supply chain coordination.
• Provide technical training for staff on best practices, documenting and updating process manuals and safety protocols.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as smart sensors and real-time monitoring systems, to increase production efficiency.
• Establish and maintain quality control systems, monitoring raw material use and product standards at different production stages.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or Engineering Management.
• 6 months of experience in quartz countertop manufacturing business, analyzing using Python, Gx Work 2, Gx Work 3 and providing training to staff.
