Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and customer service to clients.
• Process quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of industrial products including PVF, fasteners, and gaskets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales support or counter sales of industrial products.
• Familiarity with PVF, fasteners, and gasket products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with industrial-based quote and order processes.
