The employee will coordinate with production personnel to successfully transfer products to the packaging lines and assist in the preparation of raw materials for processing. Cleaning, maintaining, and managing inventory of raw material storage areas are also part of the responsibilities. Fork truck driving for the retrieval of raw materials may be required, contingent upon having the appropriate license. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. In terms of food safety responsibilities, the employee must produce products free of contamination, adhere to all security and GMP policies, report any suspicious activities, and continuously inspect the work area for potential contamination issues. The role requires a high level of alertness and the ability to perform tasks that involve significant cognitive function and judgment. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Requirements

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
