About The Position

The Industrial Maintenance Manager oversees the efficient industrial maintenance of equipment and staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. This role involves significant travel (60-80%) and focuses on planning, budgeting, staffing, and implementing maintenance initiatives to promote a safe work environment and optimal operational metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Seven (7) years of relevant work experience in addition to education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities and staff in the management of industrial maintenance of equipment.
• Plan, budget, staff, and implement maintenance initiatives and programs.
• Promote a safe work environment in compliance with Corporate and OSHA requirements.
• Ensure equipment is repaired and returned to service in a safe and timely manner.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain optimal levels of staffing & overtime ratios, PMI scheduling, Warranty Claims Systems (WCS), spare equipment ratio, and parts/inventory management.
• Hire, train, supervise, reward, and discipline maintenance staff according to established policies.
• Communicate and interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Evaluate and monitor the budget and provide input for capital expenditures and improvements.
• Maintain records of meter readings, maintenance activities, parts inventory, parts and labor costs, work orders, licenses, and warranties.
• Generate and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
