About the position
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment including electrical systems of 3 phase 480V
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
