The Industrial Maintenance Technician II at Hogan Mfg Inc is responsible for maintaining the company's equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order. This role supports the organization's production requirements at an intermediate level, focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Possesses an understanding of basic electrical principles.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Possesses proficient troubleshooting skills.
• Utilizes the maintenance ticket system to document work; documents cost and part specifics information.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Complies with the regulations governing the identification, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.
• Maintains housekeeping standards while moving through other departments/jobs.
• Effectively troubleshoot problems with equipment.
• Regularly corresponds with OEMs and parts suppliers when repairs are necessary.
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations related to troubleshooting, installing, or otherwise working with 3 phase AC power circuits (277-480V), 110V circuits, and low voltage systems.
• Schedules and performs regular preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control components (e.g., photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers).
• Performs machinery repairs normally performed by OEM service personnel.
