About the position

The position involves maintaining and repairing essential production equipment, supporting utilities, and managing facility infrastructure. The role requires handling machinery installations and maintaining various systems, ensuring smooth operations and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain and repair key production equipment.
• Support utilities and facility infrastructure.
• Handle machinery installations.
• Maintain systems including steam, chiller, hydraulic, compressed air, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Perform pipe installations across various systems such as steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production/processing systems.
• Conduct dry can changes and general building and machine repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks.
• Rotate pager coverage for emergency repairs.
• Complete daily work logs.
• Manage parts procurement through purchase orders.
• Collaborate with outside service contractors as needed.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills to support maintenance tasks and operations.
• Experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment.
• Knowledge of various systems including steam, chiller, hydraulic, and compressed air.
