About the position
Victory Millwork is seeking a Maintenance Technician who enjoys working with machines and problem solving. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing quality and efficient service, contributing to a team-focused department that supports the production floor by ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities
- Conduct oneself with the highest level of integrity, positively representing the company and employees.
- Proactively keep machines running efficiently.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a knack for turning a wrench.
- Troubleshoot and solve the root causes of problems efficiently.
- Utilize computer skills and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (preferred, not required).
- Maintain professional experience in maintenance or related fields (preferred).
- Handle precise and tight tolerances in machining and fabrication (preferred, not required).
Requirements
- Verifiable industrial maintenance training preferred.
- Positive attitude, servant's heart, flexible and adaptable.
- Commitment to communicate and collaborate successfully with employees, customers, vendors, and others.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Commitment to contribute, grow, and succeed in a team environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

- Experience dealing with precise and tight tolerances in machining and fabrication.
