About the position

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a leading manufacturing company in Winchester, VA. This permanent position involves maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical industrial systems, ensuring minimal production impact during machine breakdowns, and completing maintenance activities on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Resolve machine breakdown issues with minimal impact to production
• Enter work orders for items discovered that needed to be repaired
• Carry out regular maintenance, process improvements, and project activities to ensure equipment breakdown delay is minimized, process capability is maximized, and production and quality performance targets are met
• Complete all planned maintenance activities within the specified time frame of the PM schedule
• Ensure that all work is carried out accurately, to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in PLC and controls
