This position is essential in supporting the painting process within the manufacturing environment. The primary responsibilities include assisting painters with various tasks such as sanding, taping, mixing paints, and preparing tools and equipment necessary for painting operations. The role is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to a team and are ready to engage in hands-on work in a fast-paced setting. This is a long-term temporary position, and the work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The hourly wage for this position is $18.00, with the potential for bonuses and other benefits based on eligibility. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, particularly in an automotive paint shop or spray booth.
