The Industrial Manufacturing Sales Manager position is a remote role that focuses on driving sales and enhancing client relationships within the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the organization in achieving greater results for clients by developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans. In this position, you will be expected to create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to assess whether key performance indicators (KPIs) are being met and identify areas for improvement. You will also be required to record all client phone calls and submit daily reports detailing your activities and results. Participation in team calls to share client progress reports and action items is essential, as is engaging in learning and development opportunities tailored to your role. The role involves conducting periodic on-site client visits and maintaining a consistent meeting rhythm with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide coaching and advice to enhance their sales efforts. You will articulate any changes in strategy to the management team and provide guidance to department managers while formulating agreements on proposed changes. Overall, this position is integral to developing and overseeing the implementation of the client services process, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service focus throughout all interactions.
