In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive the performance of the marketing department. You will oversee various marketing elements, including website management, SEO, and digital campaigns, while coordinating both internal teams and external resources to achieve the company's marketing goals. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads through effective trade show management and digital marketing initiatives. As the Industrial Marketing Director, you will also be tasked with data analysis and reporting, utilizing analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential, as you will work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that marketing efforts align with broader business objectives. Your leadership and communication skills will be vital in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to amplify the impact of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of marketing strategies with accountability for the performance of the marketing department.
  • Oversee, manage, and continuously optimize the company's website, including the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
  • Direct and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, and display advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and other creative assets.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale trade shows and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Oversee the utilization of analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing and other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to support broader business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to amplify the impact of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on the manufacturing sector and industrial processing equipment.
  • Proven track record of successful initiatives in the industrial world.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO strategies, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and previous work in a manufacturing company is a plus.
