H&H Enterprises is a rapidly expanding company in the ever-growing manufacturing industry. Our main facility is in Las Vegas, NV. We are a leader in the design and manufacturing of quality food packaging and promotional products, specializing in custom-imprinted paper/plastic cups and containers, mousepads, and counter mats. H&H Enterprises has approximately 180 employees and is continuing to grow. We are looking for Industrial Mechanics!

Responsibilities

  • Experience performing troubleshooting functions in a manufacturing environment
  • Preventative and predictive maintenance of equipment through observation and established testing metrics
  • Identifying correct replacement parts
  • Perform repairs to equipment
  • Safely operate powered hand tools, hoists, and other lifting devices
  • Assess condition of existing parts utilizing precision tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Ability to read prints, drawings, and shop manuals for correct specifications of the equipment to be maintained
  • Oils and greases equipment
  • Lubricates and cleans parts and equipment
  • Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
  • Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Available to work overtime and rotating shifts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industrial experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience installing, repairing, and troubleshooting pumps, conveyors, hydraulic assemblies, fans, gearboxes, and other types of equipment
  • General knowledge of hydraulics, and minor welding, are benefits as well
  • Decision making and troubleshooting abilities, good communication, and computer skills
  • Must be highly motivated, conscientious, and a good team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, rebuilding, repair, and installation of rotating equipment, precision tool use.
