About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for multi-project management, focusing on full mechanical design, including HVAC/Exhaust systems, cleanroom design, plumbing, and process utility systems. Your work will primarily involve projects in advanced manufacturing and technology markets, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents and make a positive impact on our clients and communities. As an Industrial Mechanical Engineer, you will prepare accurate mechanical HVAC system construction documents, drawings, and specifications for bidding and submittal review. You will also perform construction administration services, prepare preliminary schematics and final designs, conduct calculations, and select and layout equipment. Maintaining project design budgets and schedules while ensuring quality will be a key aspect of your role. You will actively engage in and assume responsibility for code research and application, interfacing with other disciplines, clients, and contractors to ensure project success. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Mechanical HVAC system construction documents, drawings, and specifications for bidding and submittal review.
• Perform construction administration services.
• Prepare preliminary schematics and final designs, calculations, equipment selection, and layout.
• Maintain project design budgets and schedules while pursuing quality.
• Actively engage in and assume responsibility for code research and application.
• Interface with other disciplines, clients, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, particularly in HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
