About the position

Tri-City Electric Co. is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with Industrial Power System project experience for an immediate opening in Davenport, Iowa. The Industrial Power Systems Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing, designing, and executing industrial projects from proposal through commissioning. This role is crucial as it involves providing technical support to our Industrial and Power Testing Solutions divisions, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The engineer will work closely with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the company's standards and client expectations. The Industrial Power Systems Electrical Engineer will be involved in a variety of tasks, including the specification of electrical equipment, designing and laying out power distribution systems, and developing power system control and automation designs. Additionally, the engineer will be responsible for setting and coordinating protective device settings, managing projects from inception to completion, supervising installations, and overseeing the commissioning process. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements
