About the position

Cyient is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the qualification of contract inspection companies and their inspectors. This role requires direct oversight and proctoring to ensure that qualification efforts are performed in compliance with established standards and to maintain data integrity. The successful candidate will interact with third-party inspection company contacts, inspectors, NDE engineers, and management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include coordinating with NDE, participating in meetings both in-person and via Zoom, and ensuring compliance with qualification and inspection procedures. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for collecting and archiving inspection reports and data, which is critical for maintaining accurate records and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), and have strong file management skills in network environments across multiple file types via VPN. Attention to detail is paramount, as the candidate will need to perform visual assessments of training assets to ensure they are not damaged and track/manage asset locations effectively. The ability to clear data off local working locations once confirmed to be on the appropriate East Hartford-based server is also essential. The candidate should be able to work independently after training and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities
