About the position

As the Industrial Product Development Manager at Simtech Process Systems, you will lead the refinement and improvement of key product lines, evaluate and bring new products to market, and collaborate with both domestic and international partners to ensure technical superiority and reliability. This role requires a blend of engineering expertise and marketing acumen to successfully launch products that meet market demands.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners in Germany and the U.S. to develop technically superior products.
• Estimate budgets and time frames from start to final market introduction.
• Coordinate product development focusing on design, optimization, and technical feasibility.
• Drive efficient design to ensure attractive cost of ownership for successful market launches.
• Formulate slide decks for presentations, training material, and trade shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Experience in Industrial Thermoplastics and Composites is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
