About the position

The Industrial Recruiter at Aerotek is responsible for recruiting skilled industrial workers across Montana, focusing on various roles such as Welders, Carpenters, Forklift drivers, and Machine operators. This position operates within a salary-plus-commission structure, allowing for uncapped earnings based on performance. The recruiter will engage in both inbound and outbound communications with potential candidates, conduct interviews, and network at job fairs and events to fulfill staffing needs for clients.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential candidates
• Complete reference checks and interviews with candidates
• Schedule interviews with candidates at client sites
• Network with potential candidates at job fairs & networking events
• Visit client sites for tours and to discuss job requirements

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or staffing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to network effectively
• Organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and clients
• Familiarity with industrial job roles

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in industrial recruitment
• Knowledge of the local job market in Montana
• Sales experience
