About the position

CasterDepot is seeking an Inside Account Manager to play a crucial role in customer retention, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This position primarily involves making numerous calls daily, researching potential accounts, and building relationships with customers. The role also includes preparing quotations and providing technical information, with occasional travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Make dozens of calls per day to develop sales opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential accounts for new customer acquisition.
  • Solicit new accounts and build rapport with customers.
  • Provide technical information and explanations to customers.
  • Prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
  • Occasionally visit local customers for service enhancement.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in Sales.
