Responsibilities

  • Support clients in engineering transformations optimizing organization structure and product lifecycle management systems.
  • Manage zero base product cost through value analysis and engineering assessments.
  • Develop product strategies including Product as a Service and Sustainable Products.
  • Optimize product portfolios by balancing customer feedback and cost considerations.
  • Digitize engineering functions using technologies like Digital Thread, RPA, and AI.
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Coach and manage team members while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client sales origination and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 6 years).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
