Responsibilities

  • Support clients in engineering transformations and optimizing organizational structures.
  • Manage new product development processes and product lifecycle management systems.
  • Conduct zero base product cost management through value analysis and engineering assessments.
  • Develop product strategies including Product as a Service and Sustainable Products.
  • Implement digitization of engineering functions using technologies like Digital Thread, Machine Learning, and AI.
  • Lead small to medium-sized teams, providing coaching and management support.
  • Drive client sales origination and contribute to thought leadership development.
  • Challenge legacy processes to foster client growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of work experience (12 years if holding an associate degree).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
  • At least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with new technologies such as Digital Thread, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain.
  • Ability to support both client sales origination and project delivery.
