Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Experience with new technologies like Digital Thread, RPA, and AI is a plus.
• Strong leadership, management, and relationship-building skills.
