Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of work experience (12 years if associate degree).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Proven ability to manage and coach teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
