Responsibilities
- Support clients in engineering transformations and optimizing organizational structures.
- Manage new product development processes and product lifecycle management systems.
- Conduct zero-base product cost management through value analysis and engineering assessments.
- Develop product strategies including Product as a Service and sustainable products.
- Digitize engineering functions using technologies like Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, and AI.
- Lead small to medium-sized teams, managing and coaching team members effectively.
- Drive client sales origination and contribute to thought leadership development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Fortune 500 company.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 6 years).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a Tier 1 management consulting firm.
- Familiarity with new technologies such as Digital Thread/Twin and Machine Learning.
- An MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Previous engineering experience and knowledge of CAD and PLM systems.
