About the position

As an Associate Director in Industry X Engineering Consulting at Accenture, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for digital transformation within various industry segments. Your role will focus on helping clients leverage digital technologies to enhance their core operations and adapt to new market opportunities. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and orchestrating demand generation activities to promote Accenture's Industry X offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accenture's go-to-market strategy for Digital Industry X within Engineering Consulting.
• Target existing and whitespace clients to build pipeline and achieve sales targets.
• Originate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification.
• Leverage Accenture's assets and subject matter experts to enhance sales value propositions.
• Develop Digital Transformation focused sales campaigns for specific industry clients.
• Collaborate with product development teams to define solutions for vertical offerings.
• Engage in marketplace activities to promote Industry X propositions.
• Lead client workshops and develop sales materials for demand generation.
• Provide sales support including defining pursuits and developing value propositions.
• Participate in account planning and ongoing sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in consulting or manufacturing.
• 5+ years in business development or sales in Digital Enterprise, IoT, Industry 4.0, or related domains.
• Experience managing sales targets of at least 5 million.
